Version 1.4 - major optimisation + balancing issues


Version 1.4 - Major update here which fixes a lot of lag or slowed framerate problems.

> Optimised gameplay - the particle effects now adjust to the speed of your computer to reduce lag when a lot of explosions occur simultaneously.

> **Fixed Balance Issues - **Made police shoot less frequently, so they are easier to dodge in larger groups (late game), and made soldiers carry on spawning when tanks are about.
