Version 1!

It’s finally at a good decent version! Whilst the Minimap is still fairly broken, me and the team wanted to put it out before our assignment deadline to get some final feedback, so please play away, just be aware of these issues:

  • Minimap is faulty, but for most maps will be centred properly

  • Targets will sometimes not detect being hit, it’s being looked at

  • It will at times be fairly framerate-y, optimisations will come once glaring issues have been fixed.

  • The game is only Windowed as of now, this is due to a problem a couple of the team members encountered earlier this year with fullscreen incorrectly setting the resolution when changing, leading to a pixel/pixel resolution somehow.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

So here's the first of the zodiac signs i will make for the next weeks.
