added full-screen toggle option in settings menu (Linux, Mac, Windows)
added setting for adjusting music volume (instead of just on/off)
New gamepad mappings on Android, Mac, and Windows. On Android the game does a check to see if the gamepad is already mapped. No new mappings on Linux on this version.
added backwards compatibility to save export/import on Android older than 4.4
