Saves 1-5 are for the main trio's storyline.
Saves 6-8 are for the new skills.
Save 9 is for the new final fight.
Some other stuff is there for you to figure and find out for yourself. I know its stated in the description of the mod as well, but some people wont read that or likely this as well... either way enjoy the mod!! :))
