Backstory:

He is able to create lights powerful enough to temporarily blind his enemies.

He was banned from entering the Purple Kingdom due to an incident that involved him accidentally blinding a crowd.

After many complaints, the Purple Queen decreed that he be banned from entering, but he continues to sneak in.

He lives in Puzzles but has more fun in the Purple Kingdom, which is why he refuses to stop going.
