vs eln( a mod im working on) is now delayed too when me and my team finishes it, my art device that i use for the assets has stopped functioning due too a shattered screen, so sorry for the delay.

Made a new asset for elns dialogue box for my fnf mod(fnf: vs eln) I decided too use 30fps scince I was going for something smooth.
