The winner is Peter Griffin from the 'The Wild Cards' district... would've been a bummer, if it weren't for the fact that, since he was on the same team XT-459 was, his victory is what avenged his fallen team (which included a seal lion, the concept of the color blue & DETG), so he pretty much earned that win.
