so i made a scraps rework :D its not very balanced and i think it needs WAYYYYYY more nerfs lmk what you think in the comments :D also when i said 60% more speed i meant as in stars ex: 50% speed on 3 stars would be 4.5 stars btw ignore me saying fastest
