Five Nights at Minecraft’s -R- (Part One)

The game started development in September or October 2022, as it was going to be called FNAM Remastered. Why was it gonna be called FNAM Remastered? Well due to the original being a remix of Five Nights at Yoshi’s 1, I wanted to “remake” it in a sense. When the project first started, the game looked so much different to what the game looks now. Here's a mock-up photo of it (because I deleted it).

This section isn’t necessarily going to be long, but here’s some info. So when the game was in development, I had to remake all the art from scratch. I made new models, redesigned the office, etc. Here’s another mock-up of the office.

Five Nights at Minecraft’s (OLD BUILD)

As you saw in a previous post, this was the second to final version of the game (to clarify, this is the same project but changing a lot of things). I changed the art, again, and actually made progress on the game. But I didn’t like how the game was turning out, and was mainly tired of coding the AI of the game. So I restarted development. To be honest I could have finished the game but there was too much effort put into the game and I wasn’t motivated to finish it.

Five Nights at Minecraft’s (Current Version)

This is where the game is at now. This version has actually made a lot of progress unlike the original build of the game. The game is currently at 45% completion, and I want to say that I’ve had fun making this version of this game. The game is more polished than the old version ever was. (probably because I actually had a vision, unlike the other version). 

Conclusion

I want to conclude that this game is in development hell, but I want to finish this game really badly. The game has been an Idea since 2019! And I was inspired by FNAS to make the game.
