In FNaS 4: WM, known as Snared Salvage Sonic "Uncanny-Up!".
As he was still alive in Mechanight Toymare, the nightmarish animatronic gave to the Trapped and Heavily Damaged Clone a living conditions, while was being inside.
(No, he wasn't stuffed as in og FNaS. In Fierce Forces, he's been "reimagined" again by Silent "Player-On!" taking a new shape and got "revived" as he was inside and just badly injured)
Thus, he was forced out of Mechanight Toymare and unfortunately then, turned into a Living Dead.

Or at least, it looks like that happened...
He's just a literal nightmarish entity of Silent's "Player-On!" imagination.
And yet, still realistic.
