Watched Project Hail Mary today in my class


I was busy and didn't watch most of it but I saw the very start and pretty much the whole final act.

I was kind of skeptical because I'm not a huge han of sci-fi stuff except for when it's done really well like Dead Space or the Alien movies but Project Hail Mary is definitely one of if not my favorite sci-fi movie (it's actually probably second to Aliens)

But yeah I really liked it

The Martian (based on a book by the same guy that wrote Project Hail Mary for those who don't know) is also pretty high up but it's probably like my 4th favorite sci-fi (behind the original Alien)

Here's my 5 favorite sci-fi movies since I guess I need this to be public:

  5. Alien: Romulus (probaly misspelled it but whatever I was sick when watched it and fell asleep halfway through)
