i have a problem, i am trying to code a text engine from scratch, big problem, i followed an entire griffpatch tutorial and it still doesn't work. pls help rn, i am in a middle of a gamejam and if i don't complete this on time, idk anymore #help #bug

i do not feel motivated to make my art as great as possible, i cannot even make a proper background. as i watch other creators make their enviorments spark or shine, have some sort of life. mine is just nothing.
