HUH?!

Introducing Stickers™! Not only are stickers amazing, incredible, everyone loves to see them at parties, and generally agreed upon to be extremely cool by both zoomers and boomers alike, but stickers also give users a new way to express themselves all over posts! No really, literally all over posts. We're slightly offended that you don't believe us, so to prove ourselves, we'll next discuss how to go about obtaining stickers.

HOW?!

Well first of all, in order to earn yourself some stickers, you're going to have to do exactly what you've already been doing. That's right, get out there and like some posts that don't belong to you (no offense intended toward those who like their own posts)!

When you like posts, you'll earn something called "points." Word on the street is that, upon collecting 10 of these mysterious "points," one randomly selected sticker will be bestowed upon thee! To get everyone started, though, we’re giving everyone who visits Game Jolt during the release day one freebie sticker, no points required!

WHERE?!

Okay okay, we're getting there, don't get your toes in a bunch, even if that does take loads of talent (Seriously, how do you do that?)! If you navigate to your user dropdown menu at the top right of the screen, you'll find a new selection in the list entitled "Stickers."

Click it, and you'll be instantly teleported to an alternate dimension where you can then reveal and "Collect" the sticker(s) you've acquired!

Stickers will then be sent back to our dimension, but you'll be on your own figuring out how to make it back yourself.

WHAT?!

We know, it's hard to believe something could be this cool, but it's true! Once you've collected your sticker(s), it's time to have some fun and stick 'em all over stuff. Find a post you'd like to enhance and click on the "Place Sticker" button. This will open a modal where you can choose a sticker, drag it to where you want it to appear on the post, and then drop it into place. Once you're completely confident with your artistic expression, click on "Place" to finalize your statement to the world. A slight randomized rotation will be applied to the sticker so that you can point at it and tell everyone "That's the one. That's the sticker I placed." (Unless someone places a sticker on top of your sticker, that is...)

See, we knew you'd ask that, but it's a very good question. It all goes back to the wonderful mind of R. Stanton Avery. Wait... You don't know who that is? Have you been living under a rock this whole time? R. Stanton Avery would never live under a rock, but he did live in a rented chicken coop. He also invented the world's first self-adhesive label, otherwise known as a sticker! We think it's only right to celebrate this incredible man's genius. After all, where would this world be without stickers? It staggers the imagination, and brings shivers to our spines to even contemplate such a dark and stickerless world... Thank you R.
