💥 The Girls in Games Jam is coming up on August 5th! 💥
Presented by Game Jolt and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for Games, this concept jam offers an accessible way to get involved in game development. Everyone is invited and encouraged to create a game concept that celebrates representation of women in games.
⭐ We'll kick off with a full day of mentorship from powerful women changing the game in the industry.
⭐ Winners of this concept jam will get to pitch creations to a panel of female thought leaders in gaming for a chance to bring those games to life!
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS 🎤
We will be hosting a livestreamed day of mentorship featuring LEGENDS from the games industry! Tune in on August 5th from 8am - 5:30pm Pacific Time right here on Game Jolt to pick their brain about what it takes to get started and make it in the field.
ABOUT THE JAM 💥
Create a concept of a game with a female protagonist for a chance to win $500 cash AND pitch your game to women led publishers + investors from the games industry!
ALL who identify as, and are allies of girls, women, and non-binary are welcome to participate!
The jam will start on Friday, August 5th and end on Monday, August 8th.
