I recommend you figure it out on your own, but if youre still confused here are some clarifications:

Windows are used to identify who is bound to attack you, if Springbonnie arrives first, its more likely he is to reach to the door first.

Cameras shouldn't be used too often or it would crash, so if you want to prevent the camera to stop working you can turn it off from time to time

Springbonnie does take time reaching you, but you have to time it when closing the gates, [example: before the first beep or after]. No, he does not attack immediately when you close the gates, so don't be too early or too late

He will sometimes crawl through vents to catch you off guard, when you hear the sound in your office, its too late to close the gates, that is why you need to keep track of him in the cameras. he might produce sounds in the kitchen/camera 5 if he plans to go to the vents, and that is your cue to protect yourself

Fredbear could slip in the office even when the gates were closed [don't ask why], you should turn off the lights on your left to prevent him from seeing you. Just like Springbonnie, you should time it when turning off the lights. It takes time for it to turn back on so if you don't wanna waste time, you gotta predict when hes moving
