Hello! It's time for the first Weekly IMDS2 Update!
Overview
IMDS2 will be made in... Turbowarp! Did you really expect any better of me? I'm not learning Godot for this. Or maybe I will! I've been thinking about doing that. Only time tells.
IMDS2 will definitely, totally be a dating simulator and not a game inside of a game. You can trust me on this. Are you accusing me of lying? Why would I lie about my own game?
So, what's happened?
...Not really much. School testing is starting up so much progress won't get done. But I got some cool textboxes, so that makes up for it, right?



(God, I hope it does make up for it.)
Next Week's Goal
I'm hoping to get a few systems done (mainly movement) and also write a plot synopsis! This is a really ambitious goal, especially for me, so don't expect much out of it.
Or, if I do end up switching to Godot, at least the process might be easier... but it'll take a while for me to get the hang of things.
But one thing's for certain: We're gonna get a plot and we're gonna get some more current decorations. And also an Itch page!
