It's the 5th weekly update post, and it's a big one, too! Last week, we promised we'd go over the CORE Square, and that's exactly what we'll do!

We introduced the CORE Square a long time ago, we had a whole update post dedicated to it back in March of 2025, over a year ago now. But since then, the square has undergone many changes of all sorts, so let's get you acquainted with it.

The CORE Square was built to house the engineers working on constructing the CORE, but since then it's developed into a populous and developing hub for ambitious monsters of all kinds, including Luna. This area will serve as your main hub in the game, and can explore it at your heart's content before starting your shift at the Eclipse.

The Square has a lot of areas, but most of them are initially locked. As the days go on, you'll unlock new areas with new things in them, so the CORE Square is always evolving!

Every day the NPCs you'll meet in the Square will change, and some of the old ones might have something new to say. This NPC, for instance, only shows up on Day 2.

Oh! It seems like they want us to do something for them! This is definitely a FAVOR!

Yes, some NPCs will give you FAVORs to do in the CORE Square. There's all kinds of favors that NPCs can give give you, and you'll get all sorts of rewards from helping them out. But most of all, you'll just make them a little happier.

Isn't it nice to make people happy?
