Welcome to 4406!

A 2D/3D survival horror game in which you view the world through the eyes of a journalist exactly 18 years ago.

You can't figure this game out by yourself. Or maybe you can. It's never wrong to ask for help when you need it most.

Hey everyone. Another quick update regarding the future of the project. After having dealt with serious memory leaks that causes RAM usage to skyrocket, I spent the past few months fixing just that. The game runs perfectly now and it's coming soon!

Hi there all. I have something exciting to share. 4406 allows you to search the internet to look for clues and evidence online on Daniel Langston's computer. Would you like to have your website featured in-game for free? Send me a link to your site!

Regarding the last update; I decided to bring the project back to life. I was really burned out after losing most of the game after working on it for nearly a decade, but here we are. It runs a lot better and it's definitely coming along very nicely.

Hi everyone.

I have been working very hard on improving the game's environments, textures, models, animations, music and so much more to create the authentic horror experience I have always wanted to make.

Hello! It has been a very long time since the last... well... anything about Banned Memories.

I am glad to say it is still in development and serious improvements have been made. I'll try to keep you all posted more from now on. All the best!

We are under attack!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?
