The Origin of Nomenclad – The Mind Leech of Worlds
Long before Earth was even formed—some 500 million years ago—there was a void-dwelling entity known only in ancient stellar tongues as Nomenclad. Born in the depths of celestial chaos, Nomenclad was not created but awakened, a parasitic force of will that thrived by invading minds and worlds alike. It would seep into the consciousness of civilizations, bend their leaders, dismantle their planets, and wear their names like masks.
By the time Earth began to cool and birth life, Nomenclad had already consumed countless star systems. Yet as he approached Earth, he encountered a resistance not from man, but from divinity itself. Forces unknown—perhaps what mortals call God—intervened, caging the demon within a pocket of cursed matter sealed inside a small, unassuming book. Trapped, Nomenclad was erased from the thoughts of existence, left to fester for hundreds of millions of years beneath layers of silence and myth.
That silence was shattered in 1988 when a man named Jason Parker stumbled upon the book in the basement of the cursed restaurant. Driven by curiosity—or perhaps already whispered to—Jason opened the book, unknowingly shattering the final seal.
Nomenclad was free.
To mask his essence from divine eyes, Nomenclad rebranded himself as The Creature-001, a soulless title designed to erase his spiritual trace. He immediately overpowered Jason's mind, body, and soul, using him as a vessel to re-enter the mortal world. Jason, or what remained of him, became the face of new horrors: killings, rituals, and the slow manipulation of others into madness.
In 2028, two men—Jack Codfield and Michael (Jason's former victim)—tracked Jason to an abandoned warehouse. Intent on revenge, they tried to trap and destroy him with fire. But Nomenclad survived, and Michael perished in the attempt.
By 2030, Jason's shell was discarded. Nomenclad dragged what was left of his soul into a hell crafted just for him—an eternal realm of torment tailored to Jason's sins and fears. With Jason now erased, Nomenclad moved forward unchallenged.
He traveled to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he summoned a cult of darkness, kidnapping 100 men and binding them with demonic pacts. Their goal: destroy the bloodline of the MacMan family, an ancient lineage unknowingly blessed with protective light.
They succeeded… all except one.
The son survived.
Now, hunted, lost, and marked, the question remains:
What will Nomenclad do with the one life he couldn't take?
