He is planned to also be a killer in my game "Rejected Timeline" where he will have an special LMS against Mighty. I dunno what to make a for Ost it but i'll call it "ice cold regret" He is planned to work similar to Noli from forsaken with slight changes.

--quick backstory rundown--

He was the father of Falcon (another one of My OCs) who died during the events of fighting in the radical city (Sonic R map) against shadow and Omega. He turned into this form after being resurrected by the "demon of regrets" he used shadow's dead body parts to make himself look cooler (idk i frogor.) He hunts the ones who has a regret.

Sonic: being tricked into eggman causing him yo be not there to fight in the radical city with the rest of the crew

Mighty: for leaving Ray behind for his safety

Eggman:for causing deaths in the radical city.
