He took up adventuring when a group of bandits ransacked his home town. Due to his inexperience with blades, he uses his pet "Mr. Fish" as a weapon. It is unknown to even Kit how Mr. Fish can talk, or even breathe out of water. (It is stated by Fish himself, however he does tend to do more damage when wet)
