Here's the Final Boss of Sonic Tameshi (Final Rise), this is the Best Ending, so the Chaos Emeralds need to be collected and Eggman's Machines need to be destroyed to get this ending. If it wasn't obvious enough, this game is inspired by Sonic CD.
