I just finished the player sprites and they look way better and less buggy. Now I'm reworking the fight system so its not just pressing one button all the time.

jee been a while hasn't it? Well heres what combat looks like. I got bored of the turn based battle so I made it real time, the blue dude sprite is temp, theres no sfx, and rn im working on more rooms.
I decided to update the players sprites, his hair was always...off. So here is the first sprite i changed. The new one is on the right
boxing section done. Now for one of the bosses, I'm planning on adding a shield mechanic. like undertale, but instead of protecting yourself, gotta protect a bomb from going off by defleating the objects away. Pretty cool huh?
dudes, theres bushes in ORBPG, this is truely amazing, 3 years of devlopement has lead up to this moment. Oh yeah theres moving water too BUT WHO CARES
I think I said somewhere that I stopped the whole turn based battle system cuz it was boring, but I thought it'll be nice to add it as a one time mission to earn coins. It is optional so you're not forced to do it.
I made some planned reactions to effects, (like the posion one i made earlier) normal, inverted, slow down, flipped camara, and venom. I'm not sure where i would use these they looked like cool ideas that I could use later.
Sup, rn it's summer so now I have all the time in da world, I hope I can get the game out by the end of this summer, I have finshed the gun mechanic and its working, anways, seeya!
