-Chaos Mode button now makes a blip sound when you select it in the menu
-Red Noceda now laughs and does a running sound when she attacks (though the laugh sound sometimes doesn't play but the run sound fixes that)
-MASSIVELY optimized the game (76 megabytes to 29 megabytes)
-Made static better and less random and also new sound for static
