he is protector of the gate somewhere in Gobel Redborin.
He maybe kind but not if somebody breaks the rulers,
can become liquid, meaning can go into limited spaces and other but his power id limited beacuse water can disolved him and if he disolved it will took around 10 days before returning back alive.
