what a horrible night to go for a swim


made in Inkscape for #Joltober2023. prompt used:

note how in the finished picture i changed the swimming pool into a beach because the swimming pool looks much too small.

you might also notice how the peop looks glitched. this effect is normally associated with electronics but here it makes the pooltoy transformation look more magical — more importantly it also looks painful, which i find important because i imagine this kind of transformation would feel painful
