i made a stickman move on a grid, this took too long

does anyone know what causes this glitch?

so I have jumpscare asset, might use it today, who knows

i made a slight move animation, which took me 1 or 2 days to make :)

made a new tile, i think you can guess what it does

This image that at the time this is posted is basically all over the place is an idle position for the menu, since I'm lazy, I'm using this for everything for now.
