In short: Everything.
We all, specially @Exorium , are all very perfectionist. As the time went by and slowly advanced on the game development, the very first things we created just looked ugly or misfitting. Mechanics were unpolished or straight up bad. As you all know we had pretty much the whole game completed and tested; nevertheless, none of us wanted to release it. It was bad. Straight up. Because of this, and after discussing for a long while we concluded that it was for the better to scratch the whole game and start over. Do things right this time.
For over the past 10 months (out of the almost 12 we have been inactive) we have worked on how to execute the new gameplay, graphic lead and the way we want to drive the lore on this game. Since we think this decision and us publishing our latest teaser showing the final design for the characters and the office we have gone through 7 different designs for the animatronics, 4 different layouts for the map and 5 different office designs before reaching the (already shown) final designs.
We started with the coding of the game around 2 weeks ago and have made quite a good amount of progress. More news AND the brand NEW teasers will be coming in the next couple of days as well as devlogs talking about the development progress without spoiling the fun!
