i think the delay is a good thing since if you work on it for longer it will be better ,agree? as we dont want an security breach incident (no offense) where the game is laggy, glitchy and a variety of missed opportunities just compare chapter 1 and 2 with 4 and 5, in chapter 2 and 1 you do puzzles and scary things appear at times where tension are low like how when you return the ink machine you get attacked by bendy himself.

anyways this is just an opinion and it is that we shouldn't put pressure to hurry up since it wouldn't be fun and live up to its hype to errors they couldn't fix due to fans getting angry wanting a game early.
