Update on last post (which was taken down).
The guy seems to be targeting people that follow him. So avoid following him and again, block and report him.
He also changed his username after getting tagged in order to avoid being called out.
If I ever made a Fredbear fnaf fangame, it would be called "Yet Again at Fredbear's"
