What is the remaster and why?


The main reason I’m creating the remaster is because the original code was lost and I want to be able to support the legacy version more, even finishing Rebecca and Marks story.

This game is seperate from the main Fazbear Nightmare which is why I’m adding the subtitle Midnight Investigator.

I’ll be finishing the story as though it was written back when only FNAF 1 and 2 where released.
Maybe nods to the later games but the main focus is that time when the Bite of 87 and purple guy where the most mysterious parts of lore.

This also means I’ll be working on Marks story which was originally going to be Fazbear Nightmare 2 but I’ll add it to the remaster later down the road once Rebecca’s campaign is completed

I’d like to once again thank everyone for all your support. Without you I wouldn’t be where I am today.

I can’t wait for you to try the remaster of Fazbear Nightmare (Legacy)

Demo is getting closer! The feedback from the testers has really helped refine the mechanics and gameplay. just need to finalise the story and do some cleaning then it may be ready for the public!!!

Early Access build of the remaster should be up tomorrow :) Some of the new features are an "Easier" hour 1 and new mechanics (Hello power systems, Doors and lights)

The game is now 1:1 with origional in lenght after only a couple hours (Thanks in no small part to the work done in the Main game and Mikes Not Home) It's just missing phone calls and Puppet ghosting through walls

Found it actually a lot easier than anticipatred to work on the Fazbear (Legacy) Remaster, pretty much all the basics are already ready because of the Reimagined build. I'll be changing the name to Fazbear Nightmare: Midnight Investigator
