What retro game deserves a remake? How about a retro game series reboot?

I think the Armoured Core series deserves a reboot. I became a fan of the franchise during the sixth (technically sixteenth) entry's hype cycle and heard that Armoured Core has been soft-rebooted and retconned a couple of times, so it'd be nice to see a full on redo of the entire series to set everything straight.

I'd love to see how modern day FromSoftware would go about giving all of their past Armoured Core games a complete makeover - yes, even Armoured Core VI when it's time would hypothetically come. And hey, maybe it would convince them to remake and reboot more of their past franchises, who knows?

This will absolutely never happen, but let a man dream, you know?

(P.S. Can we get an Armoured Core realm? Please?)

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
