So yes, a remake of Chapter 2, now called The End, is already in production and is already turning out very well. If you haven't followed it yet, go ahead and do: https://gamejolt.com/games/cabin-fever-the-end/739971

But what's happening to Cabin Fever itself? Well, a new update will release:

1. All Chapter 2 content, including the 3 locked trophies, will be removed. However, all changes to Chapter 1, including Mario's redesign, will remain in the game. The 3 trophies are planned to return in The End.

2. "The End" segment in Other Modes will instead show a teaser for, well, The End. A link to The End will be provided in-game as well.

3. Somehow Cabin Luigi broke I heard, so that will be fixed obviously.

4. Any other issues with Cabin Fever, please let me know. There may be more content updates to Cabin Fever in the future, but not as massive.

Even though Chapter 2 is being completely removed, for those of you who did want to play it, don't worry just yet. I didn't say it'd be gone forever. (i don't think i did, idk)

I'm already WAY happier with The End. I think you guys will really like this one! (if you don't, uh, play something else I DON'T KNOW)

And also thanks for memeing the hell out of Chapter 2. Even though the game didn't come out well, atleast we can laugh about it. :)
