So, basically… only the mains were made into real toons, any non-mains exist solely in the animated cartoon (and comics, if the show ever did something like that in-universe).

and, like… they still have all their show memories and feel the same things that their cartoon counterparts would. Friendships, Rivalry, Personality, Hobbies.

And, like animated Sprout, irl Sprout still feels like his bestest friend was Cosmo, and that they *are* best friends. But he doesn’t exist. So he’s, er, like, friends with someone who isn’t *real* and he still feels the need or want to be with that person and to have moment and chats with them but he *cant* because they don’t exist.

also i got this idea from someone who made a short animatic with “I Want You” by Mitski with the same idea and kindly yanked it but i didn’t really plan on posting anything with it but err..
