added a second floor to the house. nothing is up there yet. other than a weird mangled animatronic thingy.
E is now the universal button of interaction!
added footstep sounds and sound attenuation for the puppet box.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
