Hey, y'all. Sorry for not many updates happening. I've been busy with life, school, and many personal problems, but I'm still kicking.
Anyways, as you've seen in PUCN Origin Episode 1's release date trailer, the launch is by the end of 2019. Why? This is under many reasons.
Procrastination, laziness, and lack of motivation.
I am absolutely horrible when it comes to keeping myself motivated and not lazy. I really am, and I apologize if any delays or if progress slows down whatsoever. I really wish I wasn't as lazy as I am right now. (If you all really do want to see PUCN become a full series, please let me know. I feel like half the reason I'm not as motivated is because I've never had the opportunity to share my work or ideas.)
Voice lines not in yet.
I'm still waiting for voice lines from our Fredbear (DoubleMGamer) so I can animate his segments. I'm actually more patient than most project hosters, so, yeah. However, I also need to do my voice lines in the meantime. Chief's lines have been fully done and I can start animating his part hopefully really soon.
Unsure
I'm unsure if and when I will get this episode done. I really want this to be more than just a one time series that gets cancelled due to lack of motivation. I want this to be a full on thing that I can animate for a good while and upload a good story.
School
Homework's a bitch. Simple as that.
Other Projects
I have gotten myself in probably more projects than I could handle, yet somehow, I'm still okay with this. I have a collab part for three people needing to be done, one half of Below the Surface, my own Ultimate Fright part, and if I don't do any of them, my mind will start racing with self hate because I failed to do something simple. (If any of you are reading this, I'm really sorry. I'll attempted to finish my parts soon.)
That's basically it for PUCN, but we're not done yet.
Other reasons I've been busy is that I've actually been helping GreatPondGames with another project that I'll keep secret for now. PUCN's game has been on hold as AtomicTaco is working on UCN: Maker (a reboot of his taken down game, UCN: Evolved) that will allow you to make your own UCN with editable mechanics. I honestly don't mind this, as I don't want to pressure him to do anything. I might try to get in contact with people like LaRDeNGames or the maker of Chaos Custom Night, as they seem to have quite the knowledge with UCN on Clickteam Fusion 2.5, since my original plan was to make PUCN on GameMaker, then Clickteam.
I thank you all for the continued support, the Thank You poster, the Secret Project, and the PUCN Meme animation will be done as soon as I can make it. Secret Project is actually going to be under a different "direction," but it should be interesting hopefully.
Thank you all so much for sticking around,
~PackardFam.
P.S. Maybe expect a spoopy animation for Halloween. ;)
