The way to do shown bug is by entering global chat and pressing space a couple times. Then, press some keys a lot of times and then the text will go out of the box. (Don't worry, I didn't actually send the message.)
Another bug related to this is by pressing space a lot of times, and the message box will escalate upwards. However, pressing any other key will revert it back to the normal position.

Another bug report: While equipping the Varik vessel, and Kris as a partner, then using their dark world costume, emoting will result in Kris spinning, then stopping. (once)
Some might say that this picture is no different from RickyG's 2023 postcard, because everything on it "never wasn’t there, and it will never not be there".
Others might disagree with that.
