guys i need help. im trying to delete an application but it keeps telling me that i cant delete it because it says that the file is open in another program. how do i fix this?

i was playing newgrounds rumble and for some reason piconjo keeps getting killed everytime i go on the tankman and nene level...is the game bugged? im good at it but its not supposed to kill me everytime.
