I was really immersed in the Omega Timeline lore and animations, I never truly knew what The omega timeline was. I thought it was just some goofy Godverse-type AU made by some 13 year old. But it seems now that it's more than that.
I'm really excited by the quality of DeltaFall especially, the graphics of that game are almost like a good pixelart Metroidvania
Also, Dusttrust X (obviously). Ngl, I wasn't actually expecting this much content. It's literally filled to the brim with content. Nice animations, art, funny parts etc
Then there's this comic called Bleeding Hearts, which I think is really unique, basically some sort of post-pacifist sequel to Undertale. It shows the fulfillment and hardships of the monsterkind to live in harmony with humans. It's so good .
And the human in Undertale Green Pre-Show is a cute smol baby. I especially appreciate fangames and personal takes on the different human. (How did Asgore bring himself to murder a baby so innocent??)
COTV Placek's take is very cool. Something that I thought would only revolve around Sans and Gaster trying to beat the human, got expanded on so largely that it genuinely made me question how it was even Call of The Void
I honestly can't stress how amazing this experience of watching all the new stuff unfold in front of our eyes felt like. It was like I was flying through the limitless imagination and peak storywriting sea of the UTC
Overall, UNDEREVENT 2024 was really cool.
