When the launch fails


Hi evereyone! We released the game called Lemming Dynasty last week. The launch was not that succesful that we hoped. What we learned from that, was that paid games are not for us. We are very small team with no marketing money or investors backing us so that was actually kind a stupid to even try to launch game as a premium. We even got 500 euros from Facebook to advertise our game on Facebook, but after all the money was gone - we got 0 downloads via ads. Maybe the game wasn’t worth a 99 cents or we didn’t get enough visibility - I don’t know.

We decided to make Lemming Dynasty free for all platforms with no ads or no IAP in it. So it is now complitly free. I am not sure if Lemming Dynasty has any hope more to grow but we can’t give up now so we started to design a new game project! Stay tuned!
