I started making games as a small hobby, I didn't really expect anything out of it. I just wanted to make small simple games that lets you play as certain characters from games I liked when I was younger. It wasn't until I created and released Five Nights at Candy's 2 Playable Animatronics that I noticed a large increase in followers and views. So I started to make a lot more, putting more time and effort into making them, even though I knew that I really suck at coding games. People gave feedback, and I listened. It was a ton of fun! But recently my motivation for even making such games has been dying out, and I want to move onto other things that I know how to do and can manage. Like making avatars and worlds for VRChat among other things. There's a reason why so many of my games was never finished. I just lost the motivation I had to make these kinds of things. Not to mention that the only games I make that even gets enough attention are my FNaF games. I don't just want to work on fnaf related content, but I feel like I'm forced to do so seeing how many people want more fnaf sims. My newest fnaf game, Project: Red, is a game I have spent way more time on than any of my other games I had made. Modeling, animating, texturing and scripting took me almost over 2 weeks to do. While my previous games only took about a few days to finish. And Project: Red still isn't even close to being finished! SO trust me when I say this, I won't give up on Project: Red. But that game might just be my last. I just don't want to make games anymore, I instead would very much rather work on things that I actually ENJOY working on rather than work on something that I really don't enjoy. Hopefully this at the very least cleared up a few things on why I have been slacking on game development.
