so cosmic fear garou is the strongest version of garou, able destroy entire galaxy's even surpassing multiple S class hero's, he can adapt to any fight and evolve though fights as well due to his enhanced senses is trained in martial arts as well so he knows how to put up a fight, and on top of it he was blessed, given the power of god himself, and on top of all of this he can also use the same powers as anyone he fights, that's about all i can think of though, give me you're characters and lets see if they can surpass cosmic fear garou, ill be looking at the stats of the character as well
