i keep changing their personalities but this will probably be set in stone:
mara is very bubbly. jack is calmer. they do share a braincell at times, but jack thinks faster than mara.
mara tends to be more physically affectionate. jack shows his affection through acts of service. but he never minds mara's contact!
mara knows she likes him, jack doesn't. they aren't canon (yet).
