Wild Road 0.2 Released

A new version of “The Wild Road” has been released!

Changelog:

    • Map is now bigger: 31x31 instead of 21x21

    • River Generation code rewritten

    • Movement code overhauled

    • Villages added to the world generation

    • Villages are composed of roads and 4 houses

    • Added roads to the world generation

    • Roads make movement between tiles last only half a day instead of an entire day.

    • Player can now move through the map using the movement arrows.

    • Houses cannot be built anymore

    • Houses, found in villages, rise your rest limit by 1 everytime you sleep in one (max 20)

    • The command “build” was replaced by “build tent”

    • It plants a tent

    • Tent: works like the old houses: 2x amount of sleep.

    • Now tents require only half a day to be built, not 2 days

    • “hurt” and “sick” status are now different

    • Hurt: you consume 2 rations of food every day, instead of 1.

    • Sick: you consume a single ration of food per day like usual, but you also lose rest.

    • Hunting now has a bigger chance to succeed

    • Hunting now gives more food.

    • Rain has now a graphical effect

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
