Why yes I was gone for 3 weeks and come back with only a single second of animation to show for it.

I feel this is a proper enough introduction for my Sonic OC: Neon The Hedgehog. (Btw, sorry for the low image quality, I never actually planned to make this a finished piece, it started off as a random practice/sketch)

So I found this brush for Ibis Paint and decided to test it out by straight up stealing an image off of Pinterest /silly
