WIP Updated DC-15s

Not everything for the DC-15s is done yet but for now I have finished:

New model for when the weapon is idle and firing
New, more realistic, muzzle flash
New sprite for when you get the prompt to pick up the DC-15s
Updated in-game object that adds the top blue light and extended stock
New alt-fire mode that launches grenades using the new grenade launcher attachment

Things that need to be added or updated:

Shadows and scratch marks to the idle/firing model
Models and animations for reloading and meleeing
Blur background for weapon prompt

And that's all for now! Once I finish the DC-15s I'll start working on the DC-15a and all the other weapons though I'll also be working on other random minor things as well.
