Withered Freddy should be scary like Freddy from FNAF1

Something I've noticed is that, for some reason, in FNAF 2 and the fangames, Withered Freddy isn't portrayed as a scary animatronic, unlike the other Withered animatronics. It seems like they haven't made an effort to make him scary.

Despite being the main character in FNAF 2, he is the most underutilized.

He feels like a secondary character, and his mechanics don't help.

And I'm worried about what W. Freddy will be like in the FNAF 2 movie.

If they can make W. Freddy look scary, it's just that they don't seem to care much about this character.

If I had to create a game with the Withered or the Unwithered, I would make Freddy the main threat, which is how I think Freddy should be, like he was in FNaF 1.
