Working on basic AI for enemy player
For starters the AI will apply simple priorities to chose which card to buy

Added land upgrade mechanism and animation
Working on detailed card view
Desinging the Turn Manager
Updated top status bar and card detail panel info
Added player gold in stage and very basic hand play
Working on card selection
Updating database schema with Land cards table
Adding show/hide button script to panels
Working on json implementation
Apply UI panel graphics
