Working on card play logic and step manager
Attaching Upgrade cards to other cards in play will require a new addition to code and UI

Added player gold in stage and very basic hand play
Desinging the Turn Manager

Updating database schema with Land cards table
Updated top status bar and card detail panel info
Added land upgrade mechanism and animation
