Well... this is... a... very odd instruction and relates to the many disappearances, and reappearances of many people in the area. As well as... the brutal murders that have been reported...

A mysterious illness that seems to have no cause, and is often seen in victims brutally maimed. The body seems covered in a black mass that seems... to have healing properties... this is referred to as "Nullface: B"

The name for the "Nullface: A" disease comes from victims who are alive and have this disease

As of late, a couple dozen people have gone missing and weeks later have been found, or sighted, but whatever happened in that time has completely changed them. They seem to have no brain function, no memories, nothing. Except, they only seem to seek violence. These people are very dangerous and have a telltale sign of a infected victim, the face is covered in this aforementioned black mass.

There is, as of right now, no knowable cure for what this is.

We advise to stay in groups, don't go anywhere alone, and try to stay away from going out at night

Businesses are now required to keep an least 3 employees on duty at a time, and if that cannot happen, the business must remain closed until it can.

We advise to avoid these people if possible... as some of the infected individuals have broken into houses and attacked those...

But reports of these occurrences are popping up around the country... but not nearly as severe as the local area... and there have been no reports of Nullface: A anywhere else, only Nullface: B
